VCA Scribe AI, our revolutionary solution to the pervasive issue of medical record-keeping, stands out with its unique ability to drastically reduce the administrative burden on doctors. By eliminating 90% of manual record writing, this product empowers doctors to reclaim 50% of their time. The process is simple: doctors dictate their notes, which are promptly transcribed by our team of credentialed technicians and integrated into the practice management system for review within 90 minutes.

We started this product before anyone wanted to admit that texting was critical to saving time and improving operational efficiency. In 2014 we launched nonautomated 2-way SMS with our clients. Fast forward to 2022, and the success of this product is resounding, with 60% of our clients being messaged about their pet’s specific healthcare.

Student Concierge 

Historically our Externs had to schedule their experience through the hospital directly. With how busy our operators are and in an overly competitive market, only 30% of our applicants were placed. We designed a scheduling, capacity, and placement product that allowed our hospital operators to tell us when they were free and how many applicants they could host. Through the admin portal we designed, the Student Concierge team can review all applicant information and resumes and easily place candidates through a click of a button.
