The thread has been spotting where operations, product, and culture are the same challenge. Early on, the COO asked me to look at the network from a product lens. We deployed a program across 18 states; the early returns were promising enough to warrant scaling, with some networks moving from a 30% revenue decline into positive growth within the same calendar year. From there it became about reading where the trends were going and laying the foundations to enable employees and deliver best-in-class experiences to clients, often before they had to ask.
When clients couldn't reach their care teams, we built two-way SMS that exchanged 75M+ messages and eliminated 10M+ paper forms. When the pandemic shut down visits, we stood up 24/7 video care for 2M clients in weeks. When clinicians were drowning in documentation, we built a custom AI dictation platform in six. When the company sold to Mars, I led the integration and rebuilt the org for global scale. None of it happens in a silo. The work has been built across marketing, growth, finance, legal, executive leadership, and our hospital groups, and now with global leadership teams across regions.
