Off-the-shelf transcription tools could not handle the complexity of veterinary medical records, so the team designed and built a custom dictation system from scratch. Clinicians speak, the system transcribes, and structured SOAP notes push directly into the practice management system. Cut documentation time by 90% and improved clinical efficiency by 30%. Went from concept to production in 6 weeks. Over 1.5M dictations processed so far. One of the first production AI tools in veterinary medicine, and it created real IP value for the organization.




Started as an in-app teletriage chat in 2018. Expanded to full video and 24/7 access in 2020 when the pandemic hit and clients needed remote care fast. Works across web and mobile, pulls real-time data from medical records so clinicians have full context during every session. Available to 1M+ clients across the network.




Mobile staff platform paired with a 2-way SMS system for client communication. Launched in 2014, before most healthcare organizations had any kind of direct messaging strategy. No off-the-shelf queue system could handle the unpredictability of emergency veterinary care. So this was built from scratch. Entirely automated: clients check in digitally, get real-time wait estimates and status updates, and flow through to hospital reception without a phone call or lobby wait. Tens of thousands of phoneless placements and arrivals, designed to make a stressful situation as painless as possible. Deployed across 150+ urgent care and ER clinics. Created proprietary IP for the organization and drove a 20% revenue lift by keeping clients in the funnel.
