In-app teletriage chat launched in 2018, expanded to full video and 24/7 access in 2020. Omnichannel — web and mobile, integrated with medical records, real-time clinical data.




Mobile staff platform paired with a 2-way SMS system for client communication. Texting product launched in 2014. Digitized front-desk workflows, eliminated paper processes, and created a direct engagement channel across the full network.






First-of-its-kind fully integrated digital front door with real-time wait times and automated queue management. Reduced lobby crowding, freed up staff, and delivered a stress-free client experience.



Scheduling, capacity, and placement platform for veterinary externs. Replaced manual hospital-by-hospital coordination with centralized matching. Integrated with Workday and ServiceNow.




Own product vision and delivery for consumer and enterprise digital products across 1,000+ veterinary hospitals. Portfolio includes AI medical documentation, telehealth, a consumer app (1M+ users), staff workflow tools, and direct client messaging. Mars "Make the Difference" Global Innovation Award winner.
Grew from mobile PM to owning the digital product portfolio. Launched the first 2-way SMS platform for veterinary client engagement (2014), built the consumer app, and developed the virtual waiting room product that deployed network-wide.
